No purchases or payments are made through bilustek.com. This website is informational only.

SaaS Products

Each Bilustek product handles billing and refunds through its own platform via Stripe. Please refer to the respective product's refund policy:

General Refund Terms

For all Bilustek products, the following general terms apply:

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe
  • One-time purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable unless required by law

Consultancy Services

Refund and cancellation terms for consultancy engagements are defined in individual service agreements between Bilustek and the client.
